New Deco Penthouse
An urban penthouse — a sophisticated labyrinth of function and elegance.
A 400-square-metre Munich penthouse, reimagined as a layered composition of function and elegance — bright, open and exclusive, where classical references meet contemporary luxury.
The plan splits cleanly into two zones. At its centre, a kitchen block in black natural stone appears to float, merging seamlessly with an adjacent bar — the visual anchor of the apartment.

One sequence, two zones
The penthouse is read as a single sequence, not a collection of rooms. We worked with one continuous gesture — open enough to host, intimate enough to live in.

Scope
- Full interior architecture
- Custom-designed cabinetry and millwork
- Material specification — natural stone, hardwoods, brass
- Lighting design — dramatic and tunable
- Two-zone spatial planning balancing openness and privacy
Approach
Custom furniture, sumptuous materials and dramatic lighting work together to create a coherent ambience. Restraint where it counts; richness where it earns its place.
