An architectural response defined by context, continuity, and precision. Emerging from a careful study of its surroundings, the project mediates between contrasting neighbors — the historic structure to the south and the contemporary health office to the west. Its form is not imposed, but negotiated through alignment, setback, and proportion.

Each level is calibrated to resonate with the heights and geometries of adjacent façades. Floors three to five follow the cornice and eaves of the historic building, establishing a respectful dialogue with the past. Floors one to three align with the horizontal lines of the health office, forming a subtle urban connection. Above, the sixth and seventh floors recede — a gesture that lightens the mass, frames terraces, and mirrors the roofline of neighboring structures. Even the ground floor steps back, extending the public realm and creating a fluid threshold between building and street. At the city scale, The Link becomes a hinge — a measured composition that bridges eras, functions, and forms.
